On the Road

We hit the road at 4:30 this morning, on the way to California! We have a week planned with Bret's sister Janine and her family. We met up with them in Cedar City and Janine had sunglasses for all the girls. Bella was so excited about hers. When we headed out again, Bella told me, "I am going to put these glasses on and everyone will see who I really am!"
Don't you wish you could sleep like that in the car? I don't think I would be able to walk for days if I did. The drive down was pretty uneventful until we hit an accident just outside of San Bernadino, and then it was a parking lot. We put the car in park and stretched our legs for about 45 minutes. We almost made it to the hotel before June was done. I have to admit she was a trooper the whole way, until the last 20 minutes.

The cousins made it a couple hours after we did and the first order of business was all four girlies in the giant tub!

Funny Girl

After our Easter Celebration, we headed over to my Mom's for more fun and eggs.

June tried out a swing for the first time. She was a little nervous at first, but soon, she loved it.

If you are wondering, she does have a little hair!

Again, more interested in the eggs than the treats inside!

Hoppy Easter

Happy Easter! Look at my beautiful girls. We had church at 9:00 so we just snapped a few pictures of the girls in their new dresses. June with her chocolate bunny!

Luckily, the Easter Bunny made it back to our house while we were at church and left a load of Easter eggs for the girls. June was much more interested in the eggs, than what was inside!

Bella knows there is good stuff inside, she looks for lipstick and nail polish especially. She was so excited with each egg she found, except the real ones. She just left those alone!

Here I am with my girls. What we didn't get a picture of was Bella's most exciting present, a new Tinkerbell bike. she is a little nervous, but very excited to try it out!

Colored Eggs

After the egg hunt it was time for coloring our own eggs.

Bella was very interested in the decorating this year, especially since we had Tinkerbell stickers and fairy dust to add.
As always, Dad was a big help!

Egg Hunt

We started our Easter celebration with an egg hunt Saturday afternoon at Grandma Chris's house. Look how big the three cousins are getting! We miss you Hailey!

Bella was very excited about the egg hunt! She loved the Tinkerbell toys! She hasn't quite grasped the concept of the money that comes in the eggs she finds, but I am sure she will soon!

June loves just to see all the fun stuff, but don't let me get too far from Momma!

Dad said it was oaky!

This is what happens when you leave Dad in charge! But she loved every bit of it! I guess a little licorice never hurts!

Oreos!

Bella loves oreo cookies and especially to share them. She never gets one for herself without bringing one to her dad, who loves them too!
