Bella was very excited to wake up to a snowy morning. She geared up first thing and headed out to help Dad shovel the walks.

The theme for our ward party this year was How the Grinch Stole Christmas. They asked all the kids to dress up like Who's. This was my attempt, I know, not the best, but at least I tried!
The ward went all out with great decorations and a program, that even included a very real looking Grinch. Bella was terrified of the Grinch, I mean really scared. Being the great parents we are, Bret and I sat just down the table from him, keeping him in Bella's sights. (We really didn't do this on purpose!) Bella kept begging to leave the party, and when she was finally in tears, we agreed. She decided the next morning she was never going back to church because "The Grincher" might be there. I finally convinced her to go, but she was still really upset. I introduced her to the guy who dressed up like the grinch out of his costume. Luckily, he was very nice and explained it all to her. She is still a little leery of him, but it was all pretty funny!

I love Festival of Trees! It is one of my favorite Christmas Traditions. Too bad, I always end up bawling, but it is a good cry! This year we went with Grandma Pattie, Becca and Aunt Katie.
Bella loved this Scooby Doo tree!
I love the gingerbread houses! There were some cool ones of the house from Up with all the little balloons. 
June was excellent at waving her wand!
Bella was very excited to see Santa and make certain he knew what was on her list. June was not a happy girl, not even for a candy cane would she smile!Winter Dance Recital

Bella did a wonderful job at her winter dance recital tonight. She was very excited to get out on the stage and danced right along.
It was fun to have our cousin perform in the same show. Of course the flowers at the end are the best part of all! We Fly

To celebrate Grandpa Clyde's 60th birthday, we headed to ifly in Ogden for a little indoor skydiving. Grandpa was a great flyer.
I tried it, I wasn't the best at it, but it was fun!
Bret was a natural!
After, it was a great dinner with great company. Happy Birthday Grandpa Clyde! We love you!
