Fishing!

Pink fishing pool, check.

Princess tackle box, check.

Gummy worms, check.

Swedish fish, check.

Fishy crackers, check.

We are ready for a big day of fishing!

Bella was very excited about fishing, until we got there, and then there was nothing doing. She did not want to fish. She posed for this picture and ran off to a safe hiding place, with Aunt Janine.
Melia caught the first fish of the day.

June was excited to see Grandpa, not the fish!

Lily caught the second fish and then headed back for more!

Janine had a good talk with Bella, explaining she only had to do the parts of fishing she wanted and certainly did not have to touch the fish! She then helped Dad a little trying to bring in a big one.

Here it is, and she ran away as soon as it was out of the water!

Zoe wanted to give it a try, so she helped Uncle Bret too.

Only a real man can catch 'em with a pink pole at the hatchery!

This is the fish Lily caught all by herself. It was so cute to see how excited she was!

After, it was a yummy fish dinner at Aunt Janine's. Junie was right in the middle with her Popsicle. We are excited to fish again next year, thanks everyone!
