Grandpa decided to was time to take his granddaughters (and Mr. Cooper) fishing. Bella was very excited. She has had her eye on a pink princess pole and tackle box for some time now. I think we were the first to ever show up with 3 princesses fishing girls at the hatchery.
Bella and her dad worked on her casting and she caught a fish!
She couldn't believe it when it was a pink one. She promptly named it Princess and calls it the Pink Rainbow Trouter.
She wasn't about to touch it, but got this close for a picture.
Uncle Paul helped June touch her first fish. She was not happy after!
But she did like the fishing pole. Afterwards, we headed back to Janine's for a fish fry. Lily and Bella put on a great dance show. We had some much fun and can't wit to go fishing again. Bella has been telling everyone that fishing is her new favorite sport and in her prayers every night thanks Heavenly Father that she could catch the "Pink Rainbow Trouter Fish."
